In July, 2005, WHOmentors.com, Inc. assisted Jessica Rae De Jesus to create Step Into The Beat, Inc. to promote healthy eating habits and physical exercise for the Bay Area youth through dance.

stepintothebeat.org(SM) was launched as a service mark and project of WHOmentors.com, Inc., subject to its control and discretion. Pursuant to IRS Revenue Ruling 68-489, 1968-2 C.B. 210, WHOmentors.com, Inc. must retain control and discretion of a project in the furtherance of its own 501(c)(3) exempt purposes, namely educational and charitable.
